This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the governance, planning, prioritization, and performance management of the Quality Engineering portfolio.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, resource allocation, and investment oversight.
• Supervise vendor and strategic partner performance, contracts, and service delivery results.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and business reviews to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through communication, engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Direct the operational execution and governance of Quality Engineering transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Enterprise Portfolio Management to synchronize priorities and resources.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and value realization throughout the organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to technology leadership, fostering operational excellence.
• Support a large workforce that includes associates, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in technology portfolio management, business operations, program management, strategic planning, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in supporting large-scale technology organizations.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, workforce planning, vendor relationships, and executive-level governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and lead within complex, matrixed environments.
• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
• Internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Approval from leadership is required for satellite, cellular, or microwave internet connections.
