📋 Description

• Lead project and programme management initiatives, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of project management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial operations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define project goals, timelines, and necessary resources.

• Monitor project advancement, manage risks, and apply solutions to guarantee on-time and successful completion.

• Offer strategic direction on project prioritization, stakeholder communication, and alignment with wider organizational objectives.

• Forge partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance project success and exchange best practices in project management.

• Cultivate high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Significant experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare industry.

• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a cooperative setting.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, emphasizing results delivery.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and drive change within a complex organization.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 20%).
