This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all facets of project delivery, from scoping and definition to execution and post-project evaluations.
• Act as a primary resource for the Project Management Department and leads from various agency departments.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and related programs, serving as both the delivery lead and leader of the Project Management department.
• Develop roadmaps, troubleshoot issues, and promote operational excellence while ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and collaborate with department managers to meet business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Establish or refine processes and procedures to enhance, streamline, or automate agency workflows.
• Uphold project standards and maintain business management systems.
• Guide and mentor APMs, PMs, and SPMs while managing direct reports.
• Cultivate client relationships and represent agency operations and project management during client meetings and planning sessions.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Spearhead and contribute to launch planning roadmaps and day-of-approval strategies during client PDUFA timeframes.
• Generate and distribute project burn reports, escalating or mitigating risks as necessary.
• Collaborate with Account Management to proactively manage risks.
• Foster solution-oriented responses to both client and internal challenges.
• Lead conflict resolution efforts and solve problems before they escalate.
• Partner with department heads and senior agency staff to address team conflicts.
• Manage and resolve performance issues among staff.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to SPMs and PMs through ongoing constructive feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in project management within a healthcare agency setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical brand marketing, encompassing broadcast, print, digital, and Medical/Legal/regulatory review.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is highly preferred.
• Extensive expertise in MS Project or alternative project planning software, such as Smartsheet, is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency with production tools and proprietary software, including Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, Content Management Systems, and online routing, is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and related fields, including user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management, and hosting, is strongly preferred.
• Significant experience with both traditional/non-digital and digital campaigns, including websites, digital experiences, and email, is strongly preferred.
• Excellent familiarity with agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• A Master’s-level degree is an advantage.
