This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage program management systems and tools, collaborating with Finance, Account Management, and Sales to address data discrepancies.
• Work alongside Account Services on recurring revenue reporting cycles, ensuring precise and prompt visibility into new business, cancellations, and revenue changes.
• Evaluate operational systems and workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Execute continuous improvement strategies aimed at reducing costs, boosting productivity, and enhancing operational performance.
• Create and document operational playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and templates.
• Provide training to cross-functional teams on process adoption and compliance.
• Drive change management across departments and promote the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Monitor revenue risks and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly billing reconciliation to ensure accurate revenue representation across systems.
• Present regular updates on program health, status, risks, and key milestones.
• Lead planning for issue mitigation and conduct root-cause analysis for escalated issues.
• Organize retrospectives and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders.
• Discover opportunities for enhancing processes and standards.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or PMO leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering strategic projects and programs, preferably within an advertising or agency setting.
• Advanced skills in reporting and program-level financial management.
• Strong understanding of RFPs and rate cards.
• Ability to quickly provide guidance on complex estimates and timelines, even with limited information.
• Advanced skills in risk management and stakeholder management.
• Capability to manage high-complexity, high-visibility projects and mentor others through uncertainty.
• Excellent team-building skills and the ability to establish strategic cross-functional partnerships.
• Familiarity with SalesForce, Monday.com, or similar tools is advantageous.
