Director, Product Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage portfolio planning, product prioritization lists, dashboards, governance, dependencies, risks, and Product Business Reviews.

• Take ownership of executive, SLT, and Board-level Product reporting.

• Oversee Pendo strategy, governance of instrumentation, dashboards, and insights on adoption.

• Handle PIM intake, prioritization, disposition, and practices for customer feedback closure.

• Lead the Customer Advisory Board's operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-up actions.

• Maintain mappings for use-case, capability, GPL, PMF, and package/SKU.

• Collaborate with Finance and GTM on pricing strategies, product packaging, performance, and monetization analysis.

• Enhance existing planning processes, KPIs, and reporting methodologies.

• Develop AI agents and workflows to automate reporting, synthesize customer feedback, identify portfolio risks, and minimize manual work in Product Operations.

• Serve as a trusted operating partner by identifying weak evidence, prompting decisions, and ensuring the completion of agreed actions.

• Report directly to the SVP Product as a hands-on leader at the director level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Product strategy and Product Operations judgment or comparable Product Management experience.

• Familiarity with portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing, and packaging.

• Capacity to engage directly with executives while constructing analyses and operating mechanisms personally.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools and create practical agents or workflow automations.

• Commercially oriented and willing to question low-value activities.

• Ability to work frequently in sync with Product Leadership and collaborate with global team members.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in India.
