This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.
• Develop and refine the strategy and evolution of AI-driven enterprise products that facilitate professional learning and skills development for financial institutions.
• Oversee the strategy and implementation of CFA Institute’s global B2B product portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and commercial teams to define the long-term vision of the portfolio and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
• Transform strategic priorities into products that provide measurable value for enterprise clients.
• Outline and advance the Institutional Solutions product roadmap.
• Direct the technology ecosystem that supports learning content, skills assessment, AI-powered capabilities, and enterprise solutions.
• Contribute to the multi-year portfolio strategy and roadmap, product architectures, prioritized backlogs, and investment decisions.
• Convert CFA Institute’s intellectual property, credentialing standards, and curriculum into specific B2B products complete with requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in the transition from customized delivery to repeatable, configurable offerings.
• Contribute to the technology platform strategy and roadmap in collaboration with TAIS engineering.
• Implement and manage AI capabilities such as LLM-powered assessment, adaptive learning, agentic workflows, and automation.
• Utilize Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make for AI-driven prototyping.
• Engage in advisory sessions, co-design workshops, beta programs, and feedback loops.
• Maintain an evidence-based perspective on the competitive landscape, L&D technology trends, and AI disruptions.
• Interpret client and market signals into actionable product and technology recommendations.
• Partner with Technology and Engineering teams to develop executable delivery plans.
• Coordinate with Security, Data & Analytics, Digital Experience, and Education teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Supervise the work of business analysts and potentially build and lead a small product team.
• Support and mentor business analysts while fostering continuous improvement.
• Manage an approved budget, financial planning, vendor relationships, and resource decisions.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Report directly to the Senior Director, Product Management, Institutional Solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly within enterprise or B2B technology environments.
• Strong preference for experience in technology-driven or education-focused organizations.
• Comfortable operating in Agile delivery settings, with practical experience in managing backlogs, crafting user stories, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Capable of establishing effective working relationships with engineering leads, account managers, client success teams, delivery managers, and program managers.
• Ability to contribute to strategic planning and translate that direction into clear, structured roadmap plans.
• Effective communicator with the ability to manage expectations, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed appropriately.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Organized and flexible, able to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements while maintaining momentum.
