This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial success for the RealPage Payments product portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of 3–5 product managers, which includes hiring, onboarding, setting goals, managing performance, and fostering career growth.
• Allocate personnel and resources across competing product lines while establishing product-manager priorities.
• Implement consistent product practices for discovery, business cases, requirements, backlog quality, and readiness definitions.
• Manage portfolio financials, including revenue, margins, investment cases, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Define and monitor portfolio KPIs such as adoption, revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and resident experience.
• Spearhead product introductions and launch readiness across concurrent launches, including planning for go-to-market strategies, enablement, training, and post-launch evaluations.
• Act as the senior decision-maker and escalation point for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, key clients, Marketing, GTM, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Represent the portfolio to executive leadership, clients, user groups, industry forums, and conferences.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management within payments, fintech, SaaS, or similar technology sectors.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in people management.
• Proven track record of ownership over significant product lines or platforms.
• Experience managing products from inception to completion across more than one product line simultaneously.
• Understanding of payment flows, including card transactions, ACH, cash/offline methods, and digital wallets.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, pricing strategies, business case development, and resource allocation.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to establish KPIs and inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and clients on roadmaps, solutions, go-to-market strategies, and adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and consistent delivery standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset coupled with a market-sensing approach.
• Capability to align diverse stakeholders around the product vision and roadmap.
• Possess strategic, structured, analytical, and decisive problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, computer science, management information systems, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
