Director, Product Management

📋 Description

• Define and implement product strategies that enhance customer value, foster business growth, and create a competitive edge.

• Develop and articulate a compelling vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for the product portfolio.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive products.

• Lead the product discovery process, research, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

• Oversee go-to-market planning and execution in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

• Establish product performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize results and return on investment.

• Guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and market adoption.

• Assess build, buy, and partnership opportunities.

• Direct the strategic direction of the product domain.

• Make investment decisions that maximize value for customers and the organization.

• Develop and nurture a high-performing product management team.

• Collaborate with product, technology, shared services, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, including leadership roles within complex software or technology environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proven track record of managing products or product portfolios that have achieved measurable growth and commercial success.

• Experience in leading and developing Product Managers while building high-performing teams.

• Strong strategic thinking skills and commercial insight.

• Ability to translate market opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.

• Experience utilizing customer insights, market research, analytics, and experimentation to guide product decisions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Experience with AI products and a specification-driven approach to product management is a significant advantage.
