This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of analytical and automation products for payer product portfolios.
• Take ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, positioning, packaging, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Identify unmet needs within the payer sector and convert customer, market, competitive, regulatory, and business insights into product functionalities.
• Lead the processes of product discovery, validation, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Convert payer business challenges into use cases, requirements, user journeys, workflows, data requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI & Data Science, IT, Customer Success, Sales & Consulting, Marketing, Implementation, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Direct the development of scalable, secure, configurable, enterprise-ready SaaS analytics and workflow solutions.
• Establish voice-of-customer and market-discovery practices with payer customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
• Assist in strategic sales opportunities, renewals, executive customer discussions, onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
• Foster cross-functional alignment, address product prioritization and resource trade-offs, and cultivate a customer-focused, data-informed product culture.
• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience within healthcare technology, payer analytics, enterprise SaaS, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing product managers or leading multiple complex product workstreams and cross-functional product teams.
• Extensive experience in the payer or health-plan domain, with deep expertise in at least one specified payer segment.
• Proven track record in developing and launching payer-facing products from concept to market introduction, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in payer capability areas such as value-based care, risk adjustment, quality improvement, HEDIS or Stars, population health, cost and utilization analytics, care management, network performance, or provider performance.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, prioritization, business cases, launch readiness, and product performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and analytics, including claims, eligibility, encounters, clinical, pharmacy, provider, and member data; interoperability; data quality; dashboards; predictive analytics; and workflow automation.
• Strong business acumen and commercial judgment, encompassing market assessment, product economics, pricing and packaging inputs, sales enablement, and product performance metrics.
• Capability to lead through influence and make decisions within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where this position is located; sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: direct experience with specified healthcare programs, AI or machine-learning analytics, legacy product modernization, and related advanced education or practical experience.
