Director, Product Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of ICUC's strategy regarding automation and AI in relation to products and service delivery.

• Assess, pilot, and choose tools and technologies for community management, strategy, insights, monitoring, and social listening.

• Establish a standardized and scalable automation blueprint for ICUC's service offerings.

• Develop a reporting infrastructure to evaluate the impact of automation, including efficiency improvements, quality, and profit margins.

• Approach automation and AI capabilities as a product to be designed, tested, and refined.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product Marketing, and Growth teams on go-to-market positioning and messaging.

• Work with Marketing to develop brand and content strategies.

• Promote the use of new tools and workflows among delivery, operations, and client success teams.

• Represent the automation and AI strategy at leadership discussions.

• Build and advocate for ICUC's company-wide narrative of "AI-enabled, human-powered".

• Mentor and guide teams across the organization to enhance automation literacy and confidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing or scaling a product, automation, or AI/technology strategy function, preferably in a services, agency, or martech setting.

• Proven history of transforming automation or AI capabilities from concept into measurable operational results.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with social media, community management, or social listening platforms is highly beneficial.

• Experience in navigating the reporting and data limitations of enterprise martech platforms and creating solutions to address those challenges.

• Product-innovation mindset.

• Capability to establish structure and processes as a founding leader in a new function.
