⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent advanced degree with extensive expertise in cancer biology, cancer immunology, immunology, protein engineering, AI-driven protein design, or a related field in life sciences.

• Over 10 years of relevant post-degree experience, which includes postdoctoral and/or industry research experience.

• Proven history of contributions to drug discovery or significant scientific accomplishments.

• Considerable post-degree professional experience in academia and/or industry.

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and interdisciplinary research setting.

• Proficient in integrating multidisciplinary approaches to address complex biological challenges.

• Demonstrated scientific leadership to foster and maintain collaborative relationships across various functions and disciplines.

• Experience in providing scientific guidance and mentorship within a collaborative team framework.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Skill in articulating complex scientific concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
