Campaign Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, conceptualize, develop, and implement national and international campaigns.

• Keep track of local and global events to uncover timely opportunities for campaigns.

• Collaborate with experts to assist in the development of strategies, policies, and messaging.

• Compose, proofread, and refine campaign emails and marketing materials.

• Create and edit AI prompts for emails and various written content.

• Source supporting materials from the press, NGOs, and other credible entities.

• Communicate campaign updates and results to supporters via email.

• Suggest and orchestrate offline activities, such as advertisements and public petition deliveries.

• Oversee the creation of Polish-language materials, briefings, press releases, and research documentation.

• Engage in public speaking and media-related activities.

• Cultivate relationships with influencers, journalists, and activists through social media.

• Translate global campaigns and emails from English into Polish.

• Handle member correspondence, polling, and feedback processes.

• Assist in organizational strategy, recruitment, team building, management, and special initiatives.

• Form coalitions with organizations that share similar values.

• Provide guidance to Media Campaigners on offline events and assume responsibility for actions when necessary.

• Review, manage, and facilitate member petitions on the CitizenGO Petitions website.

• Ensure website functionality and accuracy of Polish-language content.

• Mentor and assist a Campaign Associate, strategize on list management, and boost growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

• Develop AI workflows and oversee AI Agents to enhance output and quality.

• Report directly to the Manager of Global Campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.

• Polish should be your first language.

• Willingness to travel for offline events once a month.

• Minimum B2-level proficiency in English; a Duolingo English Test score of at least 100 is required for non-native speakers.

• Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is advantageous.

• A strong enthusiasm for and extensive experience with software tools, with a capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

• Excellent strategic, creative, and innovative thinking abilities.

• Capability to analyze socio-political contexts, develop intricate ideas, and communicate them effectively.

• Solid comprehension of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.

• A fervent commitment to defending life, family, and freedom.

• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a results-oriented mindset, especially under tight deadlines.

• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within a highly cooperative, hierarchical team structure.

• Proficient project and staff management capabilities.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.

• Competence to work independently on diverse tasks and prioritize effectively.

• A proactive attitude and initiative are essential.

• Strong computer skills at a user level.

• Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.

• Flexible scheduling and availability for evening and weekend work, along with occasional travel.

• Previous experience in copywriting and marketing content is an advantage.

• Proficiency in using AI tools for generating emails, communications, and written content is beneficial.
