Director, Portfolio and Product Management – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead EMEA portfolio and go-to-market strategies that align with global value propositions and cater to regional market demands.

• Lead excellence in product launches and develop scalable, repeatable launch frameworks across various countries.

• Drive portfolio optimization, competitive positioning, and investment prioritization across different product lines.

• Convert market, clinical, and competitive insights into strategic directions and execution plans.

• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate commercial success through effective tools, training, and portfolio storytelling.

• Lead, nurture, and expand a high-performing product management organization.

• Take ownership of portfolio performance measurement, prioritization, and budget management.

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Market Access, and Regulatory functions to enhance customer impact and boost business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in medical device marketing, with a focus on senior product or portfolio leadership.

• Significant experience in regulated, implantable medical devices (preferably Class IIb / III).

• Demonstrated leadership within complex matrix organizations with regional or global reach.

• Proven track record of successful multi-country product launches and portfolio expansion.

• Commercially savvy, data-driven, and adept at influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

• Experience in building and nurturing high-performing teams.

• Familiarity with EMEA healthcare markets is preferred.

• Background in audiology, hearing healthcare, or related MedTech sectors is advantageous.

• Strong orientation towards digital, connected care, or data analytics is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
