• Establish the strategic direction for plumbing operations nationwide, ensuring alignment of divisional priorities with organizational objectives.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture Plumbing Managers across various regions.

• Discover opportunities to broaden plumbing services, enhance operational efficiency, and bolster market presence.

• Formulate and implement national plumbing business development strategies that promote revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.

• Analyze operational and financial performance utilizing data analytics.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Training, and executive leadership on initiatives aimed at growth and customer outcomes.

• Develop and oversee an operational readiness strategy, ensuring that field teams are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, processes, and resources.

• Create and refine plumbing training, onboarding, and development programs.

• Offer expertise on complex plumbing challenges, field issues, technical inquiries, and operational matters.

• Establish and communicate plumbing standards, best practices, and troubleshooting resources.

• Collaborate with business development teams to pinpoint service opportunities and foster plumbing growth.

• Supervise the development and enhancement of plumbing price books.

• Provide operational insights and field expertise for incentive programs.

• Assess plumbing products, services, and offerings, recommending necessary updates.
