📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between local ministries/clinics and the Professional Revenue Cycle.

• Spearhead the centralized effort to establish standard workflows for clinic/professional front-end revenue cycles.

• Create educational materials and resources.

• Set performance benchmarks.

• Design front-end revenue cycle analytics for Providence's professional markets across its geographic regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, and/or administrative functions.

• At least 8 years of leadership and supervisory experience.

• Proven track record in assessing organizational needs, designing process improvements, and effectively implementing business enhancements in relevant areas.
