Director, Partner Management – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Report to the VP of Payments & Enterprise for the Americas.

• Foster adoption and expansion of Circle’s product offerings with key partners, such as payment companies, large corporations, financial institutions, and commerce platforms.

• Develop innovative partnerships from initial design stages to launch, activation, and growth.

• Collaborate with teams across Business Development, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance on onboarding, operations, strategic growth initiatives, escalations, and daily requirements.

• Cultivate and sustain enduring partnerships with key accounts.

• Establish comprehensive relationship strategies for each partner, encompassing executive sponsorship, business reviews, product adoption, campaign management, and long-term partner value.

• Create and implement partner success plans to enhance partnership scope and impact.

• Formulate partnership launch plans and drive outcomes with leading platform businesses.

• Build relationships with established strategic accounts and offer proactive support and strategic advice.

• Provide strategic and consultative guidance for regional growth.

• Facilitate partner onboarding, manage launch plans, and forecast go-live dates in alignment with business goals and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.

• Experience in Payments, fintech, or digital assets.

• Proficient in navigating large, complex Enterprise organizations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of generative AI models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

• Capacity to gain a thorough understanding of partners’ businesses, objectives, and use cases.

• Experience with or knowledge of Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
