This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead, manage, and establish objectives for teams dedicated to initiatives and activities that enhance efficiencies, optimize systems and processes, and uphold quality.
• Provide leadership, vision, and direction for assigned teams while making decisions at the group level.
• Identify team priorities in alignment with organizational values and deliverables.
• Develop, coach, and inspire staff.
• Create and manage departmental budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Spearhead process improvements, root cause analysis, system enhancements, re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide subject matter experts and analysts in support of business initiatives, production problem resolution, system enhancements, and configurations.
• Oversee enterprise and departmental project delivery, which includes business case development, ROI analysis, planning, business analysis, and project management.
• Supervise the optimization of systems, processes, workflows, and call-center workforce planning.
• Ensure the integrity and functionality of departmental business applications and processes.
• Oversee system administration, configuration coding, and application configuration.
• Assist with product implementation and enhancements.
• Research and evaluate technology and systems to ensure sufficient application support.
• Lead quality programs, training, and the development and documentation of policies and procedures, including external audit programs.
• Act as the business owner for the Clinical Cod Reporting Team (CCR) and related corporate, divisional, and departmental initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Alternatively, 12 years of experience managing a multifunctional operational area or in IS application/software development.
• A preference for 7 years of leadership experience.
• A preference for 10 years of experience managing a multifunctional operational area or in IS application/software development.
• Experience in application management, business management, continuous improvement processes, operations management, process improvements, process optimization, program management, project management, and supply chain management (SCM).
