Director of U.S. Channels – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement CoreCard’s strategy for U.S. channels and strategic partnerships.

• Establish around 10–15 effective partnerships that deliver measurable market access.

• Cultivate relationships with banking consultants, systems integrators, payment networks, technology providers, sponsor banks, and industry advisors.

• Obtain qualified introductions to executives responsible for credit, payments, technology, lending, and transformation.

• Develop arrangements for referrals, co-selling, solution alliances, and strategic advisory.

• Assist partners in identifying how CoreCard can address their clients' credit-platform challenges.

• Link partner relationships to CoreCard’s key accounts and target market segments.

• Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Consulting teams to turn introductions into qualified opportunities.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, engagement rules, and suitable incentive structures.

• Assess partnerships based on executive access, qualified pipeline, and contracted revenue—not merely the number of agreements signed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in payments, card processing, banking technology, lending technology, fintech, or enterprise software.

• Proven success in building channels, alliances, or strategic partnerships within the U.S. financial services sector.

• A history of transforming trusted relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue.

• Established credibility with executives in banking, credit unions, fintech, payments, or lending.

• Experience in structuring referral, co-selling, or strategic alliance agreements.

• Strong grasp of complex enterprise technology purchasing decisions.

• Commercial acumen, executive presence, and disciplined opportunity qualification.

• Capability to influence across multiple organizations without formal authority.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%-40% of the time.

• Direct experience with card issuing, issuer processing, revolving credit, platform migrations, or portfolio conversions is highly preferred.
