Director of Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient experience, and boost financial performance across various company locations.

• Develop and execute high-priority initiatives in collaboration with finance, revenue cycle management, operations, product, trade relations, and other departments.

• Create business cases and financial models that back strategic investments and organizational priorities.

• Examine business performance data to uncover trends, provide insights, and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Design and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and scalability.

• Lead special projects and assist with key tasks, such as capital raising, forming strategic partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions.

• Propel change, eliminate challenges, and elevate performance standards across various functions.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment and provide quantitative support for decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a business operations role.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex and ambiguous projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong skills in analysis and financial modeling.

• Proven experience working across functions and influencing others without direct authority.

• A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a sense of ownership.
