This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate, oversee, and enhance relationships with primary decision-makers at key partner organizations.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at promoting sales growth, broadening distribution, and increasing revenue across designated accounts.
• Recognize opportunities for platform integration, product collaboration, and co-marketing efforts with partner organizations.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitive actions, and regulatory changes to offer actionable insights to internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to implement distribution strategies and client initiatives.
• Provide product training and thought leadership presentations to advisors, home office teams, and field consultants.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and account plans are maintained using CRM tools.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Propel growth in plans and assets under administration across RIA and Broker-Dealer channels.
• Broaden strategic partnerships and platform placements.
• Enhance advisor engagement and the effectiveness of training.
• Maintain and boost satisfaction levels among key distribution partners.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in retirement plan sales, national accounts, or institutional relationship management within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and non-ERISA retirement plan frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with RIAs, Broker-Dealers, and distribution platforms.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Capable of strategic and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in executive-level relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational frameworks.
