This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and achieve the annual revenue objectives for the Space pod/domain.
• Foster net new revenue, expansions, and cross-sales in collaboration with Account Executives and Mission Directors.
• Guarantee pipeline coverage and maintain forecasting accuracy.
• Work alongside Marketing and Business Development to enhance pipeline coverage and develop deal materials.
• Manage domain bookings, renewals, and expansions effectively.
• Oversee domain-level gross profit margins while balancing time-to-value with margin goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Delivery leadership on staffing models, contract adjustments, revenue recognition, and margin reporting.
• Ensure exceptional delivery across domain programs.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery or customer-related risks.
• Ensure Mission Directors effectively manage onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Build, maintain, and develop Mission Directors and the supporting domain team.
• Address issues related to burnout, performance gaps, and staffing risks.
• Approve and prioritize staffing requests for the domain.
• Lead efforts across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations.
• Align the efforts of Account Executives, Mission Directors, Delivery teams, and Product teams.
• Represent the domain in executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning discussions.
• Achieve results related to revenue, growth, margin, customer satisfaction, government performance, renewal rates, forecasting accuracy, and personnel retention metrics.
• Active Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain it is mandatory.
• Experience relevant to the scope of domain responsibility is essential.
• Capability to manage domain-level P&L, achieve revenue targets, maintain gross profit margins, and ensure sustainable growth.
• Proven ability to drive new revenue, expansions, cross-sales, bookings, renewals, and pipeline forecasting.
• Competence in managing delivery quality, customer satisfaction, risk, onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Skill in building, retaining, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficient in approving staffing models and requests while balancing growth, margin, and delivery quality.
• Ability to lead efforts across Sales, Delivery, Product, and Operations.
• Capacity to align the work of Account Executives, Mission Directors, Delivery teams, and Product teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently (estimated 25–50%).
