Director of Solutions Engineering – Technical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the pre-sales and technical support function in the US, encompassing processes, tools, standards, and methodologies.

• Direct technical discovery, solution design, architecture, and customer-facing technical dialogues.

• Assist with pilots, deployments, commissioning, and intricate troubleshooting.

• Provide technical expertise across networking, Wi-Fi, wireless backhaul, IoT, and edge-based systems.

• Convert customer and field requirements into actionable insights for Product and R&D.

• Generate scalable documentation, support procedures, and escalation workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to support opportunities from technical qualification to successful deployment.

• Manage the technical customer journey from pre-sales and solution design through deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous support.

• Act as a liaison between customers, Sales, Product, and R&D.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical position.

• In-depth networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and RF fundamentals.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and troubleshooting complex technical solutions.

• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and assisting with field deployments.

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

• Capability to establish processes and functions from the ground up.

• Comfortable collaborating across Sales, customers, Product, R&D, hardware, and software teams.

• Fluency in Hebrew is a plus.

• Experience with outdoor wireless networks, smart-city or IoT deployments, wireless backhaul, edge computing, video systems, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
