Director of Sales – West Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assemble and lead a skilled team of Enterprise Account Executives to stimulate growth among strategic and enterprise clientele.

• Cultivate a culture centered on teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes.

• Establish trusted relationships with customers and partners throughout the North America West region.

• Promote continuous learning and comprehension of Stuut’s technical capabilities and future product developments.

• Direct enterprise growth planning for North America West.

• Ensure forecast precision and maintain a predictable, high-growth business environment.

• Scale and expedite sales through a repeatable playbook and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

• Assist customers in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth via Stuut’s AI Platform.

• Meet overall team quotas, acquire new clients, and enhance Stuut adoption among strategic North American customers.

• Report directly to the CRO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building a high-growth sales team focused on enterprise customers in North America.

• Background in selling new technologies at dynamic and rapidly growing businesses.

• Track record of surpassing sales quotas in similar high-growth enterprise software organizations.

• Familiarity with value selling and structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message, and SPICE.

• Expertise in developing a partner ecosystem to facilitate growth in strategic enterprise territories.

• Demonstrated success in implementing strategies for usage- and booking-based sales revenue models.

• Passion for creating a collaborative and inspired team culture.
