This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop OEM account strategies and set corresponding team goals to meet yearly targets.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with OEMs.
• Negotiate OEM requirements in alignment with CDK strategies.
• Conduct one-on-one client meetings and present at industry events.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on sales initiatives focused on OEMs.
• Gather client insights and feedback while managing their expectations.
• Collaborate with the dealer sales team to enhance and penetrate OEM dealer programs.
• Co-sell and address troubleshooting as necessary.
• Utilize data, dashboards, and insights to promote continuous enhancement.
• Develop influential dealer networks and impact OEM decision-making.
• Supervise intricate OEM dealer programs, certifications, prioritization, and OEM negotiations.
• Act as an escalation contact for dealers and OEMs, ensuring cross-functional resolutions are achieved.
• Construct business cases and negotiate client terms.
• Team up with executive leadership for significant negotiations.
• Work alongside commercial, finance, legal, operations, and product and engineering teams.
• Over 8 years of direct experience selling to executive-level OEM decision-makers.
• 3-5 years of experience leading successful sales and account management teams.
• Expertise in automotive technology, including an understanding of the interactions between OEMs and retailers.
• Familiarity with OEM-governed dealer programs, incentives, and requirements.
• Strong technological aptitude with a grasp of product planning and development cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to manage client expectations, sell solutions, and consistently show value.
• Capability to oversee large and intricate contract negotiations, SOW development, and financial performance monitoring.
• Willingness to engage in regular field travel and maintain an in-person presence at OEM client sites.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
