This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Distributor Sales team in achieving and surpassing revenue objectives.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to Territory Managers and agency partners.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and the success of the sales team.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with distributor partners and independent sales agencies.
• Create and deliver training programs focused on products and sales strategies.
• Work closely with Territory Managers to identify opportunities, grow market share, and strengthen key account relationships.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs, offering actionable feedback and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure that Agency and Territory Managers achieve or exceed their individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on various sales initiatives.
• Generate and assess sales reports, monitor performance, identify trends, and provide valuable insights.
• Formulate and execute data-driven strategies for sales growth.
• Review and authorize key forecasting and pricing decisions.
• Manage margin oversight effectively.
• Identify areas for improvement and devise plans focused on success.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and policies with clients and sales agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 7–10 years in sales or account management, ideally within the lighting sector.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience supervising sales teams and/or sales agencies.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a strong emphasis on mentorship, coaching, and team development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing independent sales agencies and distributor partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the lighting industry.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
