This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of mid-market prospects and clients.
• Create a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry connections, referrals, partnerships, and FIQ-generated leads.
• Take ownership of opportunities from qualification and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Engage in sales across Supply Chain Consulting, Technology Delivery & Transformation, and Implementation.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders in supply chain, operations, fulfillment, logistics, and technology.
• Collaborate with FIQ's Practice Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to define solutions and prepare proposals.
• Recognize cross-sell and expansion opportunities within FIQ's practices.
• Ensure robust pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and adherence to CRM practices.
• Attend customer meetings, conferences, partner engagements, and industry events.
• Consistently meet annual bookings and revenue targets.
• Report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in Canada.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in supply chain/logistics, professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology is required.
• Familiarity with fulfillment, warehousing, WMS/OMS/WES, 3PL operations, or supply chain technology is essential.
• Proven track record in selling professional services, consulting, implementation, or technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle and personally closing deals.
• Strong skills in prospecting and developing a sales pipeline.
• Excellent discovery and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to comprehend operational and technological challenges and convert them into commercially viable solutions.
• Experience collaborating with technical, consulting, and delivery teams throughout the sales process.
• Exceptional presentation, proposal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
