This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the performance, growth, and sales metrics of the Account Executive organization.
• Implement the company strategy for generating leads and loan applications across Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Wholesale Account Executives.
• Establish and uphold production standards for the team.
• Recruit, nurture, coach, and hold the Account Executive team accountable for their performance.
• Manage the onboarding and ramp-up process for Account Executives as a measurable initiative.
• Oversee organizational structure, territory coverage model, and Account Executive headcount planning in collaboration with Finance.
• Maintain distinct playbooks tailored for retail lending partners and the wider lender and agent network.
• Collaborate with the People team and Finance to design and assess AE compensation plans.
• Provide rolling forecasts to leadership and manage pipeline and forecasting cadence.
• Act as the subject matter expert on the Account Executive channel.
• Transform partner and borrower feedback into actionable changes in product, marketing, and lending operations.
• Promote the implementation of changes in the field.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales or business development within the mortgage, real estate, or proptech sectors, including a minimum of 4 years in sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record in hiring, coaching, and developing sales professionals into high performers.
• Demonstrated accountability for achieving sales targets, with a history of increasing lead and application volume while accurately forecasting against plans.
• In-depth knowledge of retail lending sales strategies.
• Ability to formulate positioning strategies for a Buy Before You Sell product and address cost, rate, and timing objections.
• Strong understanding of the competitive market landscape.
• Experience in designing or significantly influencing sales compensation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in building models, interpreting data, and taking action based on insights.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Commitment to promoting inclusive and equitable practices.
• Proven achievements in a fully remote, distributed team setting.
• Recent experience in lending is essential.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips at least 4 times per year.
• Capacity to lift, carry, and push up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
