This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and implement revenue strategies that enhance overall resort profitability across hotel accommodations, vacation rentals, and additional revenue streams.
• Develop pricing, inventory, length-of-stay, and channel strategies informed by market demand and business goals.
• Maximize business mix across transient, group, wholesale, member, and owner segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive demand, manage seasonal variations, and boost market share.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning activities.
• Evaluate booking pace, pickup, displacement, market conditions, and performance trends.
• Facilitate weekly revenue strategy meetings and provide performance updates and forecasts to executive leadership.
• Create reports and performance analyses that support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage distribution strategies across all booking channels.
• Enhance revenue management systems, CRS, booking engines, channel management, and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance direct booking results and promotional success.
• Spearhead commercial technology projects and process enhancements.
• Provide strategic direction for Reservations and Pre-Arrival Concierge teams.
• Enhance booking conversion rates, guest experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Design and implement ancillary revenue strategies across dining, golf, spa, recreation, travel protection, and other resort services.
• Identify upselling opportunities, increase guest spending, and optimize the guest experience from booking to arrival.
• Align revenue strategies with resort objectives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Ancillary Departments, Property Management, and executive leadership.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Revenue, Reservations, and Pre-Arrival Concierge teams.
• Advocate for continuous improvement through innovation, technology, and best practices.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in leading revenue strategy within a complex resort setting, including vacation rental accommodations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in the resort/hotel industry.
• Familiarity with various revenue management systems/technologies such as IDeaS/Hyatt PrO, Hyatt Reserve, Envision, Springer Miller, or similar platforms.
• Prior supervisory experience is essential, including managing management-level personnel.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing hospitality technology systems.
