This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Create and implement revenue strategies to maximize overall resort profitability across hotel accommodations, vacation rentals, and additional revenue streams.
• Set pricing, inventory, length-of-stay, and channel strategies based on market demand and business goals.
• Enhance business mix across transient, group, wholesale, member, and owner segments.
• Track market trends, competitive positioning, and demand patterns to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to boost demand, optimize seasonal performance, and grow market share.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning efforts.
• Evaluate booking pace, pickup, displacement, market conditions, and performance trends.
• Conduct weekly revenue strategy meetings and relay business performance and forecasts to executive leadership.
• Generate reporting and performance analysis to facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Manage distribution strategy across all booking channels.
• Enhance revenue management systems, CRS, booking engine, channel management, and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost direct booking performance and promotional success.
• Spearhead commercial technology initiatives and process enhancements.
• Provide strategic oversight for Reservations and Pre-Arrival Concierge teams.
• Enhance booking conversion, guest experience, and operational performance.
• Create and implement ancillary revenue strategies across dining, golf, spa, recreation, travel protection, and other resort offerings.
• Identify upsell opportunities, increase guest spend, and optimize the guest journey from booking to arrival.
• Align revenue strategies with resort objectives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Ancillary Departments, Property Management, and executive leadership.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Revenue, Reservations, and Pre-Arrival Concierge teams.
• Promote continuous improvement through innovation, technology, and best practices.
• At least 2-3 years of prior experience in leading revenue strategy in a complex resort setting, including vacation rental accommodations.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong background in the resort/hotel industry.
• Familiarity with various revenue systems/technology such as IDeaS/Hyatt PrO, Hyatt Reserve, Envision, Springer Miller, or similar platforms.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential, including leadership of management-level staff.
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing hospitality technology systems.
