📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Project Management team, focusing on performance management, goal setting, and career advancement.

• Establish and uphold a high-performing PMO culture centered on accountability, transparency, and ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Director to recruit, onboard, and accelerate the integration of new project managers.

• Expand the partnership business and supervise partner implementation projects.

• Ensure visibility into the active SOW and enhancement portfolio, monitoring milestones, budgets, and project health.

• Oversee escalation management for Amber and Red projects.

• Facilitate weekly project manager check-ins, quarterly scorecard evaluations, and executive portfolio updates.

• Enforce delivery standards and hold Project Managers accountable in accordance with the Delivery Goal Framework.

• Manage Rocketlane and Salesforce as the definitive sources for project delivery data.

• Establish tooling standards and maintain internal references and process documentation.

• Utilize capacity planning, resource management, and timeline tools to guide resourcing decisions.

• Collaborate on cross-functional capacity planning as SOW and RFS volume enters the pipeline.

• Design, implement, and refine project management processes and methodologies.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement based on escalations, scope alterations, and timeline discrepancies.

• Promote Change Request discipline and ensure compliance during monthly portfolio reviews.

• Work alongside Implementation, Digital Transformation, Sales, and Customer Success teams to manage handoffs and client expectations.

• Prepare and deliver portfolio status updates to the Sr. Director and leadership.

• Convert Rocketlane and Salesforce data into actionable reporting for decision-making.

• Represent the PMO perspective on capacity, risk, and process in cross-functional discussions.

• Collaborate with HR, the Sr. Director, and People leaders on goal-setting, performance evaluations, and team development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in project management.

• More than 5 years in a leadership role or PMO management position.

• Proven experience managing a project manager team and a complex, multi-project portfolio within a SaaS, professional services, or technology implementation context.

• Background in developing or enhancing a PMO function, including standards, governance frameworks, and scalable tooling practices.

• Previous experience with Agile transformation.

• Ability to handle escalations, navigate client-facing complexities, and mentor project managers through high-stakes delivery scenarios.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.

• Must have legal eligibility to work in Canada, the USA, or the EU.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Experience with Rocketlane or an equivalent PSA/project delivery platform is highly preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making, including portfolio dashboards, burn-rate reports, and capacity plans.

• Clear and structured communication skills for reporting at the executive level.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

• Familiarity with Rocketlane or a similar PSA/professional services automation platform.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.
