This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
• Take charge of the product strategy for Virtual Pharmacy, Patient App, and Partnerships.
• Convert ambiguous business opportunities into a proactive roadmap for various engineering teams.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-achieving team of product managers.
• Provide support and elevate standards for product craftsmanship, ownership, and decision-making quality.
• Deliver AI-native agentic, generative, and predictive capabilities for care, clinical, and operations teams.
• Manage competing priorities from Clinical, Care, Ops, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Justify product trade-offs using data and insight to safeguard unit economics and engineering capacity.
• Execute intake, prioritization, OKRs, and lifecycle audits.
• Engage in continuous improvement cycles, track outcomes, and modify delivery as needed.
• Develop investment narratives for cross-functional leaders and executives.
• Address conflicts and create roadmaps that expedite enterprise sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Engineering on platform architecture, technology stack consolidation, and Fuzion integrations.
• Anticipate and alleviate scale, performance, and system reliability risks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Over 8 years of progressive product management experience, including oversight of a distinct product line or complex business domain.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing and developing product teams.
• Proven success in delivering AI-native products (agentic, generative, or predictive) to production with tangible business results.
• Demonstrated capability to implement process rigor (intake, OKRs/KPIs, audits) in fast-paced or previously unoptimized environments.
• Experience in rapid, continuous improvement cycles (weeks, not quarters).
• Strong technical proficiency; capable of analyzing complex architecture, assessing technology trade-offs, and effectively partnering with Engineering.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present investment cases and strategic narratives to executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern PM tools (GSuite, Slack, Linear/Jira, Notion, Figma, Looker/Mode/Hex, or equivalents).
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (CS, HCI, Healthcare, Life Sciences).
• Preferred: Direct experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or highly regulated clinical settings.
• Preferred: Experience in developing operator- or clinician-facing workflow products at scale.
• Preferred: Specialized knowledge in applying AI/ML to operations-heavy or clinical workflows.
• Preferred: Ability to thrive in high-growth environments where the operational model is under development and refinement.
