This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Logistics.
• Foster cross-company enthusiasm for the Logistics product strategy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to outline, prioritize, and execute the strategy.
• Simplify complex, interconnected trade-offs into coherent narratives that align the organization.
• Tackle intricate fulfillment challenges and create innovative 0-to-1 products and services.
• Enhance efficiency, speed, and quality on a large scale.
• Lead, recruit, develop, and nurture a high-performing product management team.
• Set operational rhythms, hiring strategies, and development frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and machine learning leaders on technical trade-offs.
• Establish success metrics and manage an experimentation portfolio.
• Leverage data, first-principles thinking, and user research to inform product decisions.
• Spearhead cross-organizational initiatives that enhance organizational health.
• Mentor and cultivate product managers throughout the broader organization.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing and developing product managers, including senior PMs.
• Strong aptitude for marketplace or systems thinking.
• Proven success in leading multi-quarter initiatives and delivering products that drive significant business outcomes.
• High level of technical fluency with ML and algorithms-driven products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional teams effectively.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing product managers.
• Experience in a multi-sided, dynamic marketplace role, focused on envisioning or assessing algorithms-based products and services.
• Relevant background in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or grocery technology.
• Equity grant for new hires.
