📋 Description

• Facilitate the swift implementation of a roadmap at the forefront of AI advancement

• Execute product trade-offs with flexibility

• Lead and nurture product managers

• Establish partnerships with engineering, design, data science, and revenue teams

• Ensure effective delivery, resource allocation, and cross-organizational alignment

• Prioritize product investments among competing roadmaps using well-defined business cases

• Balance immediate revenue, long-term user trust, and execution risks

• Propel innovation for agentic tools with a customer-focused approach

• Place customer feedback and AI market developments at the forefront

• Shape the trade-offs between monetization and user experience

• Empower the product team to operate, expand, and create impact independently

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in the United States

• Strategic and thoughtful product leadership experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with AI products and tools

• Comprehension of deep integrations and agentic tools

• Experience in balancing short-term revenue optimization with long-term customer value

• Background in revenue-generating products supported by clear business metrics

• Capability to collaborate with finance and revenue partners

• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market

• Proficient executive-level communication skills

• Proven history of building and developing product management teams

• Experience in mentoring and nurturing product managers

• Dedication to continuous learning and knowledge acquisition
