This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of product managers while establishing standards for product excellence and decision-making.
• Take ownership of and drive the product and platform strategy for Gifthealth’s Digital Pharmacy Systems (DPS) and Gastro (GAS) offerings.
• Convert company and product strategies into prioritized roadmaps and quantifiable product outcomes.
• Prioritize projects and make clear trade-off decisions that align with business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to provide scalable solutions.
• Eliminate obstacles and ensure swift execution while upholding product quality and dependability.
• Advocate for AI-native product development practices in discovery, tooling, and delivery phases.
• Support product lines through organizational alignment, operational excellence, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with teams focused on operational excellence, pharmacy operations, clinical support, drug safety, pharmacovigilance, inventory planning, compliance, data insights, and program direction.
• Engage with external central fulfillment, shipping and logistics partners, and client manufacturing representatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (Required).
• Over 8 years of product management experience (Required).
• Proven leadership of product managers with 5 or more direct reports or equivalent leadership responsibilities (Required).
• Experience in enhancing and scaling existing digital products or platforms (Required).
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through product initiatives (Required).
• Understanding of product management frameworks and best practices, platform and systems product development, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, healthcare technology or healthcare-adjacent industry concepts, and data-informed product decision-making (Required).
• Skills in developing product strategy (Required).
• Skills in product prioritization and trade-off decision-making (Required).
• Skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment (Required).
• Skills in team leadership and coaching (Required).
• Skills in data-driven decision-making (Required).
• Ability to effectively lead and mentor product managers (Required).
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution (Required).
• Ability to communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly (Required).
• Ability to function effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (Required).
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
• Product management training or certification (Preferred).
• Experience in healthcare technology or digital pharmacy (Preferred).
• Leadership in platform product within a high-growth or scaling company (Preferred).
• Experience in implementing AI-enabled product workflows (Preferred).
• Knowledge of digital pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, regulatory environments, gastroenterology or procedure-prep product workflows, and AI-enabled product development practices (Preferred).
• Skills in platform product architecture thinking (Preferred).
• Skills in AI-assisted product discovery and development workflows (Preferred).
• Skills in scaling high-growth digital platforms (Preferred).
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and terminology (Preferred).
• Ability to identify platform opportunities across various product verticals (Preferred).
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., with occasional night and weekend hours.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while writing or reviewing documentation.
• Ability to work on a computer for the entire shift.
• Ability to attend virtual meetings with cross-functional teams.
