This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Establish product and marketing strategies for both product lines that align with the company's growth objectives.
• Manage the product vision and roadmap by integrating customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and data, in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches and significant feature updates.
• Supervise product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, and creation of enablement materials for Sales and customer-facing teams.
• Build, lead, and nurture the Product Management and Marketing teams, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Take ownership of annual and quarterly planning for both departments, including budget allocation and resource management.
• Define and monitor product and marketing KPIs, such as adoption rates, retention, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering leadership to enhance broader business goals.
• Present the roadmap, launch strategies, and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management and/or marketing leadership within a SaaS or software company.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing both product management and marketing functions or working in a closely integrated role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry gained through direct experience or substantial end-user familiarity.
• Proven experience in owning strategy and execution for multiple product lines at the same time.
• A strong history of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of product marketing essentials, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
• Experience working in a similarly sized or staged company, with limited resources, requiring high ownership, and a blend of strategic and hands-on work.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience in presenting to executive leadership.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An MBA is preferred.
