Director of Patient Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee patient services for Valeris, a partner in life sciences commercialization.

• Assist Valeris in its mission to enhance patient access to and adherence to essential medications.

• Collaborate within extensive commercialization solutions that cover the healthcare value chain.

• Utilize patient support services, data analytics, strategic insights, and healthcare provider engagement tools to assist life sciences clients.

• Carry out tasks using computers, telephones, photocopiers, and other standard office equipment.

• Travel minimally as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates who can type a minimum of 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy are preferred.

• Flexibility to travel as needed is a plus.

• Regular ability to talk or hear is required.

• Capability to remain seated for extended periods of time is necessary.

• Proficiency in using hands for typing, handling, or feeling, and reaching with hands and arms is essential.

• Must be able to work in a professional office setting and operate standard office equipment.

• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the role, a drug screening is required.
