This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the organic social media strategy for FICO's software division.

• Drive lead generation and pipeline growth by increasing follower count and enhancing audience engagement.

• Manage and expand the online presence of internal executives on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

• Oversee social channel planning, governance, and a centralized content calendar for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

• Develop integrated strategies for various platform use cases, product launches, sponsorships, events, regional campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Generate repeatable, multi-format content engines.

• Link storytelling to business development using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles.

• Utilize Brandwatch, AI, and social listening tools to expedite content creation and enhance audience insights.

• Establish and manage social programs aimed at C-suite and senior software leaders.

• Expand FICO's developer community presence.

• Promote measurable growth in followers, engagement, and reach.

• Collaborate on employee advocacy and sponsorship strategies.

• Work in partnership with Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, SEO/GEO, and Paid Media teams.

• Take ownership of measurement frameworks and KPIs to be reported to senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in managing social media programs for complex, global organizations.

• Ideally possess experience in software or fintech sectors.

• Preference for candidates with both agency and in-house experience.

• Demonstrated success in follower growth, engagement, executive thought leadership, and integrated marketing campaigns linked to pipeline and revenue enhancement.

• Proven experience in developing and scaling engagement for practitioners and C-suite executives.

• Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn and enterprise social media best practices.

• Strong skills in analytics and reporting.

• Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch.

• Excellent video storytelling and writing abilities.

• Experience in presenting to executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in writing copy, creating calendars, and executing campaigns.
