Content & Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Generate innovative content ideas, engaging hooks, scripts, briefs, and creative concepts for both organic and paid social media.

• Capture and edit short-form video content while producing native social assets.

• Take ownership of the Czech content calendar, ensuring consistent execution of all content initiatives.

• Publish and schedule content across various social channels.

• Oversee daily community communication.

• Write, translate, proofread, and review marketing content in Czech.

• Develop and refresh website content, course descriptions, and landing-page copy.

• Prepare briefs for designers and manage content-related tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Review creatives and copy prior to launch to guarantee quality and consistency.

• Monitor content performance and leverage insights to enhance future formats, topics, and creatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.

• Proficient in Czech, possessing strong copywriting, proofreading, and localization skills.

• Conversational proficiency in English.

• Practical experience in creating content for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

• Capable of independently filming, editing, and producing short-form video content.

• Possess a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Experience with video editing and content creation tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar applications.

• Practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to enhance and expedite content production.

• Familiarity with AI video and visual creation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, or similar resources.

• Experience with AI voice and audio tools like ElevenLabs, Cartesia, or comparable technologies.
