Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement cohesive, brand-consistent social strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.

• Create and oversee detailed editorial calendars.

• Work in partnership with designers and video editors to generate visual assets, motion graphics, and sales materials.

• Propel strategic B2B social distribution and outreach initiatives.

• Connect with decision-makers and cultivate a qualified pipeline from professional networks.

• Monitor comments and stimulate discussions within the industry.

• Handle incoming social inquiries and foster brand advocacy.

• Analyze channel performance and evaluate engagement and reach metrics.

• Convert data into actionable insights to enhance social content formats and posting schedules.

• Oversee FyerX's internal brand presence and various client campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the role of Social Media Manager.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating organic growth strategies, multi-channel community management, and effective B2B/B2C social campaigns.

• A proven history of growing engaged audiences and executing cohesive brand campaigns.

• Extensive knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.

• Current understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for distribution.

• Outstanding copywriting and storytelling abilities.

• Skill in translating technical concepts and business offerings into engaging social media content.

• Proficient in social scheduling, analytics, and listening tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Buffer.

• Basic skills in Canva and CapCut.

• Competence in data-driven experimentation and audience segmentation.

• Consistency in maintaining a strong brand voice.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills.

• Capability to manage multiple client brand accounts concurrently.

• Ability to adhere to tight publication deadlines.

• Proficiency in coordinating effectively with remote teams.
