Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms.

• Create customized content strategies and comprehensive content calendars that align with client objectives.

• Produce visually compelling content, such as short-form videos, carousels, and stories.

• Tailor messages to suit various audiences, industries, and client priorities.

• Address open-ended client challenges and devise innovative solutions.

• Manage multiple client priorities, shifting requirements, and deadlines effectively.

• Work with a portfolio of 2–5 ongoing clients, with the option to choose clients.

• Complete projects within standard turnaround times of 1–2 days.

• Collaborate directly with vetted clients while the company manages sales, billing, collections, escalations, and incidents.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media strategies across diverse platforms.

• Capability to create tailored content strategies and detailed content calendars that meet client goals.

• Proficient in creating short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other visually engaging content.

• Skilled in crafting messages for various audiences, industries, and client priorities.

• Ability to solve open-ended client challenges.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Familiarity with web-based applications and platforms.

• Thoughtful engagement with AI tools.

• Quick and independent learner of new systems.
