Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the activities of multiple campaigns alongside Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and designated staff.

• Handle a variety of operational responsibilities while multitasking effectively.

• Engage regularly, often on a daily basis, with company departments, campaign team leaders, and management.

• Foster open communication between staff and senior management.

• Oversee staffing and management of assigned operations.

• Monitor staffing levels in operations and provide temporary coverage and training as needed.

• Ensure exceptional client service and promptly address any issues that arise.

• Establish individual and team goals, implementing strategies to achieve those objectives.

• Support Operations Managers in achieving both team and individual goals.

• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Assist the Senior Director of Operations/Vice President of Operations in developing operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, ideally at the Director or VP level, with a focus on BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Google Suite applications.

• Demonstrated history of meeting, delivering, and surpassing targets.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to cultivate productive business relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial competencies.

• Professional demeanor, courteous nature, and resilience.

• Proven ability to scale operational functions.

• Significant experience in employee retention strategies.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Residency in either Phoenix or Detroit is a requirement.
