This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, oversee, and nurture all Regional and District Managers, and through them, the Property Managers and park teams across the entire portfolio.
• Build a high-achieving operations team by focusing on recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Take ownership of portfolio-wide KPIs such as revenue, occupancy, NOI, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain oversight of district and park-level performance to pinpoint systemic issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage budget performance while ensuring efficient resource utilization and achievement of financial targets.
• Review financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting and effective rent/revenue collection across the portfolio.
• Identify and apply best practices, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Uphold brand standards throughout the portfolio.
• Align park-level operations with marketing, finance, CapEx/facilities, HR, and IT departments.
• Establish operational rhythms with Regional and District Managers through regular check-ins, reporting schedules, and review cycles.
• Propel company-wide initiatives to successful execution at the park level.
• Ensure that guest needs are consistently met and surpassed; analyze feedback to promote service enhancements.
• Provide senior leadership with frequent updates regarding portfolio performance, risks, and initiatives.
• Convey company objectives and standards through management layers to park teams.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise.
• Capability to analyze metrics at the park, district, and portfolio levels, deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic operational plans that align with business goals.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and fulfilling the brand promise.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal team members and external vendors.
• Competence in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance, inspire teams, and encourage collaboration and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
