This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the daily operations within Implementation, Client Services, and Data Operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the managers heading each function.
• Propel process standardization and optimization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs across the three areas of operation.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and compliance with carrier and vendor data-handling requirements.
• Offer strategic direction for EDI standards, including HIPAA 834, API integrations, and benefits administration platforms.
• Direct process design, automation, tooling, data quality, premium audits, billing data analysis, and Excel-based reconciliation.
• Assist in managing escalations for complex integration and client-related issues.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to operationalize company objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Lead resource planning and capacity management efforts.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Ensure that new product features and enhancements are seamlessly integrated into workflows.
• Maintain high service delivery standards, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate accountability and performance.
• 15+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related discipline, including substantial experience in benefits administration, EDI/API implementation, or billing and data operations.
• 8+ years of experience in leading teams and/or managing managers, preferably across various functional areas.
• Strong capability to analyze processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
• Experience working across functions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive execution across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in operational tools and systems, such as Notion or comparable project management platforms, as well as reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
