This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the yearly sales strategy for the Private Label OTC sector.
• Create both short- and long-term growth plans for accounts that align with business goals.
• Drive revenue, gross profit, and market share achievements across all customer segments.
• Identify and capitalize on new customer, category, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key retail clients such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Sam's Club, and other strategic accounts.
• Lead high-level customer interactions and conduct annual business evaluations.
• Negotiate yearly contracts, pricing agreements, supply arrangements, and strategic partnerships.
• Position Dr. Reddy's as a preferred strategic supplier and leader in the OTC category.
• Enhance customer profitability through effective pricing strategies, revenue management, and portfolio optimization.
• Track performance against sales objectives and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop customer scorecards and conduct business reviews to enhance performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Portfolio Management teams to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Spearhead commercialization efforts for new product launches and customer-specific projects.
• Convert customer and market insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Work in conjunction with Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, and Portfolio teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Balance customer expectations with business objectives to achieve sustainable growth.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Key Account Management team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration.
• At least 15 years of experience in US OTC/Consumer Health sales management.
• Extensive experience managing substantial national retail accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer Health, OTC, CPG, Store Brands, or Retail categories.
• Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving consistent revenue growth.
• Strong background in negotiating complex customer contracts and managing large P&Ls.
