This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Oversee Insurance Coordinators, Senior Insurance Coordinators, and regional Insurance Leads throughout the US market.
• Create and implement a team operating rhythm to enhance organization, clarity, and execution.
• Collaborate with HR and senior management on organizational structure as the team grows.
• Act as the main operational contact for Odevo's national broker partner network.
• Generate volume from prospecting to policy placement.
• Manage broker service level agreements (SLAs), service standards, and escalation procedures.
• Conduct business reviews with broker partners to monitor performance, address issues, and align on growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand, modify, or strengthen broker partnerships.
• Oversee the complete operational model for insurance delivery, encompassing data intake, policy tracking, renewal execution, and post-placement service.
• Collaborate with Operations Company leadership to prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Develop, document, and continually refine standard operating procedures.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement to decrease friction, enhance data quality, and boost team capacity.
• Manage brokerage channel reporting, including metrics on growth, retention, penetration, commission finances, and team performance.
• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with data and technology teams to enhance systems and reporting frameworks.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, covering insurance operations, brokerage operations, in-house risk management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management.
• Proven ability to develop and manage the performance of direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products.
• Established ability to manage external partner relationships at a programmatic level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in building high-performing teams in dynamic, matrixed environments.
• Capability to establish and implement sustainable systems and processes.
• Data-driven and analytical; adept at managing reporting, creating trackers, and utilizing data to inform decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and growth.
• Preferred experience working with or within HOA management companies, community association management, or similar property management settings.
• Preferred experience in a portfolio company or matrixed organization.
• Possession of a P&C license or the ability to obtain one.

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with flexibility for business needs.
