This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and commercial direction for the High Voltage/Data Center vertical.
• Drive division growth, enhance market standing, and achieve sustainable financial results.
• Formulate and implement strategies to expand division capabilities and foster relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, regional entities, owners, developers, general contractors, and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with the VP and senior leadership to establish and execute division objectives, strategies, and business plans.
• Prepare and oversee division overhead budgets while providing monthly updates to the VP.
• Manage temporary or permanent office space requirements.
• Define staffing strategies and maintain the organizational framework.
• Supervise hiring processes, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation, and employee relations.
• Cultivate the division leadership team and oversee the development of both professional and field staff.
• Travel up to 50% to key markets, customers, vendors, networking events, and project teams.
• Define and manage growth strategies through innovative scope expansions.
• Prepare revenue and profit forecasts.
• Identify, pursue, establish, and reinforce key relationships with customers and manufacturers.
• Analyze projects to assess their strategic value.
• Guide ISEC and direct sales teams in project bidding to achieve order and profit objectives.
• Support relationships with Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and Executives.
• Assist regions in generating new business and identifying growth opportunities.
• Establish and strive to exceed sales, ship-and-bill, and profit objectives; manage departmental overhead accounts.
• Develop and implement systems to track sales and profits against established goals.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, trade shows, mailers, advertising, and regional brochures.
• Attend networking and industry events.
• Oversee estimating processes, manufacturer selections, bids, budgets, KPIs, and engineering workflows.
• Manage project execution, including sell values, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, releases, and deliverables.
• Lead HV Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing for procurement, material releases, and delivery to job sites.
• Address manufacturer issues promptly to minimize customer impact.
• Monitor project update meetings and support the Detailing Manager.
• Participate in Quarterly Division Reviews and prepare Work in Progress revenue and profit forecasts.
• Communicate and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Establish a zero-tolerance policy for safety non-compliance and promote a culture of safety excellence.
• Ensure a safe division through adherence to the safety program and Safety Leadership Team.
• Provide necessary resources and time for required project safety actions, ensuring compliance with ISEC safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related construction experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of the Data Center/Chip Manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success.
• Ability to mentor and coach subordinates in a start-up environment.

• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, its products, and manufacturers.
