This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the corporate FP&A process, which includes annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, monthly business reviews, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and functional leaders to align financial plans with business drivers, operational performance, investment choices, and cost-to-serve economics.
• Create and sustain driver-based financial models, scenario analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Manage variance analysis, trend reporting, and financial narratives for senior leadership.
• Foster improvements in the FP&A process, automation, and standardization of reporting.
• Assess business cases, productivity initiatives, network investments, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop FP&A team members; establish priorities and oversee performance management.
• Link financial outcomes to metrics such as volume, productivity, labor, transportation, pricing, and cost drivers.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and quantify associated risks and opportunities.
• Work alongside senior Finance and business leaders to influence the corporate planning agenda.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related analytical fields.
• Experience in people leadership or cross-functional leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Extensive FP&A knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to influence without direct authority and cultivate trusted partnerships throughout the organization.
• Proven track record of enhancing FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM/PBCS or comparable enterprise planning tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or another equivalent advanced credential is preferred.
