This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as a strategic analytical collaborator with Kele’s finance and business leadership teams.
• Utilize data and financial insights to pinpoint opportunities and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Examine intricate and ambiguous business queries and formulate data-driven recommendations.
• Spearhead strategic analytical initiatives from defining problems to analysis, recommendations, and implementation.
• Assess growth opportunities related to new markets, facilities, distribution capabilities, customer segments, and investments.
• Evaluate the financial and strategic implications of significant business decisions.
• Leverage Kele’s data and technology resources to identify trends and enhance business performance.
• Create financial analyses and business cases for investment decisions.
• Analyze pricing, marketing, and commercial strategies, encompassing marketing ROI, customer economics, and commission structures.
• Collaborate across functions with finance, operations, sales, marketing, IT, and other departments.
• Assist in M&A and strategic initiatives, including acquisition assessments and transaction analyses.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and analytical capabilities.
• Develop a repeatable analytical framework to prioritize strategic opportunities and investments.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-MBA consulting experience, or over 2 years at the pre-MBA level, at a prestigious strategy consulting firm.
• Proven track record of performance excellence.
• Direct experience supporting distribution and/or industrial clients either within or outside of consulting.
• Experience in managing large cross-functional projects across various domains, including transformation, commercial and operational initiatives, and post-merger integration.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities, encompassing problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and deriving valid conclusions.
• Proficient in executing and managing highly complex quantitative analyses with precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data-driven insights effectively.
• Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated passion for learning.
• Capability to thrive in a high-demand, performance-oriented environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build credibility with colleagues and senior management.
• Capacity to function as both an individual contributor and a team manager (Player/Coach).
