This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Enterprise Reporting Transformation initiatives and establish a roadmap for a cohesive enterprise reporting framework.
• Convert strategic goals into clear, actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement plans and achieve business impact.
• Formulate strategic plans and objectives for the enterprise reporting function while making final decisions on implementation strategies and prioritization.
• Act as the product owner for the enterprise dashboard, customer commitment and health reporting, and significant customer scorecards.
• Oversee the complete design and development of enterprise reporting leveraging technology and product resources.
• Manage the development of the data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain reporting on the status, progress, and impact of enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Create standardized leadership views of milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, and customer success teams.
• Foster alignment on reporting priorities, definitions, and success metrics.
• Coordinate across functions and harmonize stakeholder perspectives.
• Engage with senior management, executives, and key stakeholders; communicate critical updates and risks.
• Create prioritization and governance mechanisms while enforcing a single source of truth for metrics.
• Lead comprehensive execution, manage interdependencies and risks, ensuring timely, scalable, and reliable delivery.
• Promote standardization, simplification, communication, adoption, and behavioral change.
• Direct the enterprise reporting function, including matrixed and cross-functional teams.
• Make resourcing decisions for the function.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, transformation, or operational leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations.
• Strong background in collaborating with business, product, and technology teams.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders and foster alignment without direct authority.
• Experience in environments characterized by competing priorities and high levels of ambiguity.
• Experience at a director level or equivalent, engaging in senior leadership strategic planning and making decisive choices on complex, vaguely defined issues with significant, long-term business impact.
• Exceptional skills in program and project management.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Ability to convert strategy into execution.
• Strong skills in prioritization and decision-making.
• Expertise in change management and organizational influence.
• Analytical mindset to establish KPIs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Data literacy and proficiency in collaborating with BI and analytics teams on dashboard design, KPI definition, and reporting standards.
• Proven experience in creating and managing executive-level reporting for large-scale initiatives is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer, health plan, or health IT environments is a plus.
• Experience in owning or co-owning data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise data infrastructure is beneficial but not mandatory.
