This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and guide a team of Program Managers.
• Enhance excellence in program execution, structured change management, and commercial business insight.
• Collaborate with CPX leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize essential initiatives.
• Allocate resources and concentrate efforts on high-impact business results.
• Create and implement a comprehensive planning cycle with extended planning horizons.
• Proactively align resources and commitments.
• Foster alignment and consensus among Director+ leadership in Technology, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive strategic initiatives by establishing clear accountability frameworks.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers, Workstream Leads, and Sponsors to ensure disciplined cross-functional execution.
• Manage ambiguity, remove obstacles, and devise risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify overlapping initiatives, dependencies, and potential disconnects among workstreams.
• Promote cohesion and shared cross-functional goals, understanding, and alignment.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Operations, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Business Transformation within a technology company, ideally SaaS.
• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and expertise.
• At least 5 years in a transformation leadership or program governance role in a fast-growing technology company, preferably SaaS.
• Profound understanding of Customer and Partner Experience (CPX) functions and cross-functional dependencies with Product, Engineering, Tech, and Sales.
• Proven track record of establishing strategic planning cycles, governance structures, and long-term roadmaps across diverse functions.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence Director+ leadership and secure executive support.
• Advanced influencing skills, with a proven ability to hold workstream leads, sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts accountable without direct authority.
• Excellent business acumen and structured problem-solving skills, with a history of dismantling complex barriers and navigating uncertainty.
• High adaptability for learning and strong strategic independence, with a proven ability to proactively set direction and drive initiatives to completion autonomously.
• Experience utilizing AI in relevant workflows, program execution, communication, and governance.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for workshops, leadership, and internal strategic events.
